Ridley Motorcycles are hand crafted and assembled by Ridley's Assembly Team at the company's headquarters in Oklahoma City. In the 25,000 square foot final assembly plant Ridley motorcycles begin their forty hour final construction. During this process each new Ridley motorcycle begins as an rolling carrier where the frame is selected and makes its way through more than 72 steps in forty hours. Each construction goes through six quality control checks during the assembly. After the motorcycle has been assembled and is ready to test, it will be quality checked three more times before shipping to the Dealer.
